Meet The Team

Abigail has more than 15 years of experience in the dental field and enjoys creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient who walks through the door. She loves building connections with patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit. Outside of the office, Abigail enjoys reading, watching crime shows, and spending quality time with her husband, their three boys and dog Arlo. She's always ready with a smile—and probably a cup of coffee!

Sharla Hill-Hicks, RDH, has been helping patients achieve healthy, happy smiles for 30 years at our office. She loves building relationships with patients and making a difference in their oral health. Outside of work, Sharla enjoys spending time with her family and grandbabies, and you can often find her relaxing with a good reality show. Loving, caring, and strong, Sharla brings warmth and experience to our team every day.

Sabrina Castro has been a valued member of our team for the past four years, serving as a Registered Dental Assistant and Orthodontic Assistant. She enjoys helping create confident smiles and values the strong relationships she has built with both her coworkers and patients. Outside of work, Sabrina loves spending time with her family and cheering on her two daughters at their many sports activities. Known for her bubbly personality, outgoing nature, and being a true social butterfly, she brings positive energy wherever she goes. A fun fact about Sabrina: she’s a big fan of Dr Pepper and crime shows!

Pearl Carrillo has been a Registered Dental Assistant with our team for three years. She is passionate about patient care and enjoys building relationships with both her coworkers and patients while helping create positive dental experiences. Outside of work, Pearl enjoys fishing, cooking, and spending quality time with her children and family. A fun fact about Pearl is that she is also a licensed esthetician. Her coworkers describe her as fun, ambitious, and curious, bringing a positive attitude and eagerness to learn to everything she does.

Marlena Ornelas, RDA is a Registered Dental Assistant who joined our team a few months ago and is passionate about making every patient feel comfortable and cared for. She enjoys meeting new people while also building lasting relationships with familiar faces. Known for being caring, giving, and a great team member, Marlena brings a positive attitude to our office every day. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, spending quality time with her kids, and relaxing by watching crime shows.

Joy Thompson is our Lead Dental Assistant who enjoys helping the practice run smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for patients. She has been with the team for 7 months and especially loves seeing patients leave with a smile. Outside of work, Joy enjoys spending time with her dogs and being outdoors. Joy's positive, dependable, and creative personality makes her a valued member of the team.

Edith Alanis is our RDH who has been caring for patients for 9 years. She enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles. Outside of work, Edith loves spending time with her daughter. A fun fact about her is that she has an identical twin sister. Her positive, dependable, and friendly personality makes her a valued member of our team.

Crystal Estrada has been a dedicated member of our team for four years and in the dental field for 14 years, serving as a Patient Coordinator at the front desk. She enjoys meeting new people and helping patients feel welcomed and supported throughout their experience with our office.Outside of work, Crystal loves spending quality time with her family and granddaughter. Her coworkers know her as loyal, caring, and highly disciplined, qualities that shine through both her work and personal life. A fun fact about Crystal is that she loves anything lemon-flavored!

Becky Montelongo has been a valued member of our team for over five years and serves as our Orthodontic Manager. She oversees the orthodontic department while also assisting with general dentistry, helping ensure patients receive exceptional care every step of the way. With 11 years of experience in the dental field, Becky is passionate about creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships with patients. Outside of work, Becky enjoys crafting, fishing, and spending time with her family. She has been married for 17 years and is the proud mother of three boys, one girl, and a grandson. Her coworkers describe her as compassionate, dependable, and resilient. A fun fact about Becky is that she has been to a Kid Rock concert!
